Healthcare providers

By using one of the participating hospitals and producing your membership card at the time of treatment, you can ask for your claim to be settled directly with BUPA International.

Please note:

Agreements between BUPA International and participating hospitals apply only to the direct settlement of claims relating to eligible in-patient treatment. The hospital may require that you settle outpatient claims at the time of treatment, in which case you should submit your original receipted invoices to BUPA International for reimbursement.

You are not restricted to the use of hospitals or clinics on our list - you may use any recognised hospital or clinic (as defined in The Rules). You may occupy the lowest cost single en-suite room in any hospital of your choice.
